    Welcome to India! When you arrive at Kochi Airport, a representative will meet you and take you to your hotel. Kochi is a historic port city with diverse architecture, reflecting its history of international traders who came here centuries ago to buy spices. In the evening, you will enjoy a Kathakali dance performance, a traditional art form from Kerala.

    After breakfast, you’ll explore the old town areas of Mattanchery and Fort Kochi. You'll see the European influence in the old merchant houses and warehouses along the waterfront. Visit the Paradesi Synagogue, St. Francis Church (India's oldest European church), and the 16th-century Dutch Palace. In the evening, take a sunset motorboat tour of Kochi’s harbor. You'll see fishing nets, the charming Vypin fishing port, and the islands of Fort Kochi.

    "Today, you will go to Munnar, a mountain area famous for its colonial charm and tea plantations. You’ll tour the tea plantations, see sparkling waterfalls, explore clean villages, and enjoy the green valleys. You’ll also visit the Tea Museum and the local market in Munnar.

    Today, you’ll explore the Munnar area on foot with an easy hike up to 'Phantom’s Head.' Meals are on your own, and you’ll spend the night in Munnar.

    After breakfast, you'll head to Periyar (Thekkady) in the cool atmosphere of the Western Ghats. In the afternoon, you'll visit a spice plantation with an experienced naturalist. During this visit, you'll smell the aroma of spices like cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, and nutmeg, and learn how they are grown, harvested, and processed before reaching supermarkets.

    Today, you'll go on a bamboo raft ride in the nature reserve. Local guides who know the area well will be with you. You might see elephants, gaurs, and sambars around the lake.

    After breakfast, you'll drive to Alleppey. A houseboat will be waiting for you to take a cruise along the backwaters, a beautiful area of canals, lakes, and waterways. Here, the local people live their lives on the water. You'll glide through a stunning landscape of palm trees, rice paddies, and water plants.

    Today, you'll visit an Ayurvedic wellness center at Chamundi Hill Palace. Set in a lush, green environment on top of Nadukani Hills, it offers a 360-degree view. The area is filled with fruit trees, spices, and rubber tree plantations.

    During this 6-day retreat, you can choose between two therapies:

     

    • Rejuvenation Therapy: This helps refresh your mind, body, and soul, improves your skin, and boosts overall health and longevity.
